Weather Policy:
First Tee – Tallahassee regularly monitors the weather in the area to ensure your child is safe while at our lessons and programs. That being said, we will cancel programs if the weather will not hold lessons and sessions that day. We will alert you via a text to the phone number/email you enter at registration. We will also post the cancellation on our social media pages. While we are on site, if weather comes in, we follow First Tee protocols based on the distance of lighting, not the host courses policy.
What should I send my child to First Tee with?
You should send your participant with a hat/visor, a water bottle, sunscreen, and outer layers appropriate for the day. (i.e. a raincoat/a jacket if it is cold)
What is your refund policy?
All questions regarding refunds should be directed to Tracy Marple, our Executive Director, ([email protected]) and her alone.
Please note our Refund Policy:
· 100% refund with cancellation 14 days or more prior to the start of the class.
· 50% refund with cancellation 14 days or less of the start of the class.
· Cancellations on or after the first day of class are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, such as participant injury.
